Fraser Avenue

Rankinfraser were appointed by Kingdom Housing having been approached by 7N Architects to assist with the redevelopment of Fraser Avenue in Inverkeithing.

Our scope included the urban realm and streetscape design for 53 affordable housing units as well as the transition from public space to gardens. The urban realm integrates three shared surfaces slowing traffic and creating suburban squares. Front gardens and driveways are separated by planting rather than fencing creating a welcoming open atmosphere whilst providing privacy where required.
