Dipl. Ing. Landscape Architecture and Environmental Planning, Beuth University, Germany
Liane is our most experienced employee. She qualified in January 2004 with a Diploma-Engineer in Landscape Architecture and Environmental Planning from the Beuth University in Berlin. During her degree Liane worked as an Intern in offices around the world including: Martha Schwartz, in the US. After graduating she worked as a Landscape Architect Part III at Thomanek Duquesnoy Boemans in Berlin. Liane has worked in Scotland since 2005 and has been with rankinfraser since 2010. She has been responsible for the design and overseeing the successful implementation of several of our highest profile projects including Maggie’s Lanarkshire, Fasque Estate Masterplan, ‘Oriam’, Scotland’s Sports Performance Centre and is currently working on a range of social housing and mixed use master planning projects. Liane is both a mentor and a supervisor for candidates sitting the Landscape Institute’s Professional Chartership exam.
