Urban Design & Masterplanning
Urban design and masterplanning are inherently multi-disciplinary processes. We are experienced at fully engaging with design teams working on urban and rural masterplans, development plans and strategies. We promote a landscape led approach to large scale spatial planning. This translates into an approach that priorities the importance of site along with a detailed and thorough understanding of the components that constitute the character of the place.
Research, Assessment & Analysis
Our approach to landscape architecture is underpinned by a process of rigorous research, fieldwork and analysis. We undertake this research and analysis in order to found our design work on detailed understanding of the genius loci, the essential character of the landscape, its history, culture and future potential.
